Something new to try!
Over on the CT board we were talking about the fear of gaining back and the little things we are doing that is not helping. We have decided to do one thing a day to get back on track. If anyone is interested I am going to post the night before (Sat for Sun since I am up late) for the next day. Let's all pick something we are having a problem with to work on for just ONE day. I know on Friday I cut out sweets except for my mints that keep me from drinking too soon after my meals. Today I tried to get all my water in. Didn't work. Tomorrow (Sun) I am going to work on getting all my protein in. For some reason I have problems getting my protein and water in on the weekends. I think it's cause I am off my normal schedule.
