I WAS DENIED...AGAIN!

I'm trying to stay positive, but it's not easy....
I just don't understand this crap. My insurance company keeps coming up with stupid reasons to deny me. Now they are saying I tested positive for something I didn't when I had my scope test done. HELLO!!!..they were sent the results 3 times now saying I tested negative, that nothing was found anywhere. And also, they are denying me because at the end of my 6 months of supervised dieting, I weighed 3 pounds more than what was required of me. There were never any weight loss requirements. The only requirement was that I did the 6 months.
Whats happening now is..my surgeons office is sending in the scope results again, and next Tuesday, I am going in to be weighed with my diet doctor. Luckily since my last weigh in, I have lost over 10 pounds. There should be NO reasons to deny me again, but I'm not holding my breath....It seems like they will stop at nothing to deny me. I'm not giving up. I have worked way too hard for this, and I'm gonna try to always stay one step ahead of them.....
While I was writing this, my surgeons office called. I have an appointment to be weighed on Tuesday morning, then she is re-submitting everything. She talked to the appeals director at my insurance company, and was told to send everything back once I'm weighed in......This is crazy, but will be well worth it once I get approved!

I am so sorry that you continue to go through this nightmare. Don't give up! Let Bev and Dr. Dan keep working on your behalf. I think some insurance companies want to see how committed you are to having the surgery. Make a pain in the a$$ of your self. Often the squeaky wheel gets the grease (something lower fat at least in this case). Hope to see you this week at support group.
