Haven't been around much
Hey Group,
I regret that I have not been around much lately. To start with, I have a 12 yard pile of mulch in my drive that I have been working on since Monday. It doesn't look like I've mad much progress after three nights. There is so much yard work to keep up with this time of year.
Weight-wise, I've been lingering around 192. I would love to see 191 on my scales since that is when I officially go to "overweight" from "obese" BMIwise. What a goal, to be overweight!
I have my monthly surgeon visit tomorrow. I can tell I need a fill. I've pretty much gone without a fill since December. I had .25cc a few months back. The surgeon said I would know when I needed one. I know it is now since I can eat most anything and my meals don't satisfy me enough. I find myself very hungry a few hours after.
I don't want to be a person who wants the fill to punish them in eating properly. I have been happy with the band reminding me when I stepped over the line. I still eat just about anything I like only a lot less. Bread and pasta have been out of the picture and I am happy with that. I will confess that seeing those huge Reuben's at NYC delis a few weeks back made me lust for one. I posted pics on my profile from our NYC weekend.
That's about all. I hope everyone has a great Memorial Day weekend. I'll try to update this with what my surgeon does during my visit tomorrow.
