Three for Wednesday
1) My new strict low carb diet is really working
2) Finally made the decision to bite the bullet and see my chiropractor. I am hoping by 5 pm today I will be out of pain.
3) I can't believe hump day is half over so the WEEK is half over..

I have found a new way of life that has kept me at Goal since 2008.. And keeping it that way!
1. My colonoscopy/endoscopy went well. I only have the internal hemorrhoids and the fissures we knew about <---fiber one bars are really helping this issue! He said and in his words "your pouch looked great too. It's the size it should be this stage in the game".
2. Getting ready for my 4 hour drive to NY this Friday! Hoping my kiddo can keep herself entertained!!! Hold me.
3. Still hoping to find out why in the hell my back and hips hurt so bad. It would be nice if 2 different doctors had the same answer.

Oh NO!! One rule.. Do not keep ANY clothes "in case" you gain weight. Remove that thought from your head.. Keep positive. I have gotten rid of EVERY size from a 24 to size 8.. My closet only holds size 6 and 4.. That's IT!! Well unless it is a comfy sweatshirt..
