The last few weeks have been crazy...
Hi Everyone..
I feel really bad that I haven't been posting. I have been lurking a bit, but I haven't really had a lot of time lately to post. My life has been hectic, and finally things are starting to calm down.
My daughters wedding was beautiful, and she looked stunning. I cried as I helped her put on her wedding dress. She was so beautiful. And as soon as I saw my son walking her down the isle, I starting crying again.. I'm so happy for her, and I wish her and her new hubby the best. But, I am so glad the wedding is over. I never knew how stressful it was going to be with all the planning and everything. It was worth it though.
My boyfriend and I have made some decisions about our relationship. We are still seeing each other, but we no longer live together. I am a lot happier this way. He comes and stays with me on the weekends and he helps me financially still. Not as much as he did cause I'm working and paying most of my bills myself. I'm finding that with him living at his own house, I can breath now. I have less stress and I have more time to myself. I'm also finding that when I do see him, because we don't see each other every day, that I'm happy to see him. We have a lot to work on, and to be honest, I'm still not sure if we'll make it or not. It takes two to make a relationship work, and right now we both aren't really giving it our all. Time will tell how things go.
I have also been sick off and on for the last 3 months. I can't seem to shake my cough, and Friday, I started getting a sore throat and I lost my voice. My doctor said there is a virus going around that just has to run it's course. There isn't really anything he can give me to get rid of it. I haven't been able to use my CPAP at all, cause every night I start coughing like crazy as soon as I lay down. This is crazy...
Today is my sons birthday. He is my youngest and he turned 16 today. I took him to get his temps last night and he passed. He was so excited. We went to drive home and when he started my car..it wouldn't start. The starter went out and I had to have AAA tow it to a garage to be fixed. I felt so bad for him. He wanted so badly to drive home and the car wouldn't start. But, my friend Eric came by and took him driving, so now my son is happy. I can't believe he is 16 and driving already. The years have really passed by quickly. My daughter is 22 years old and married, my 18 year old son is now a manager at McDonald's, and my baby is driving.....WOW! LOL...I'm feeling pretty old right about now!!!
OK, I'm done rambling. Oh wait, one more thing...two weeks ago today, my surgeons office submitted everything for approval again, but this time she sent everything right to the director of appeals...third times a charm...I hope! Keep your fingers crossed for me. I sure can use some extra help here...lol

So good to see you back. I almost posted a "where's Lisa" post yesterday, but was so busy I ran out of time! But just like you what else is new, right?
I still can't believe you have children that are 22-16.. I swear you look 16 in your avatar.
I am continuing to keep my fingers crossed for you to be approved and get on with this amazing journey.
