OT - Need your prayers, thoughts, positive energy

My Hottie Man's  mom is in the ICU. We were called about 3am. Apparently she had a heart attack around 1:00. They revived her after a lot of CPR and put her on a ventilator. She didn't have any BP for quite sometime after wards. Her kidneys were starting to shut down and her liver functioning declining pretty quickly. BP came back around 10am, but low...94/51 about an hour ago. She's not conscious, but some of that may be sedation due to her fighting the ventilator. All the brothers & sister are here including the ones from WV. She's stable for now, but it doesn't look good. I do believe in the power of positive energy and Hottie Man's family believes in God. Please keep them in your thoughts. ~April

You're funny, RN!! This is the main board I hang out at. I've been gay by association for years. LOL Mom-n-law turned 69 in March. She was admitted earlier yesterday for some difficulty breathing, but it appeared minor. She has some health issues like COPD, hypertension, obesity, depression, but is generally okay. 3 hours before, she was up walking around probably going to be discharged in the a.m. This was a shocker to us and the hospital.
