3 for Monday...
Ok, so Kathy mentioned that these posts have fallen by the waistside.. So me my friends are here to bring it back. I just love this post. I love the food troth or whatever it was called, so maybe if I can tame work enough to allow me my OH time, I'll bring that back too..
So here is my 3 for Monday.
1) Had an AWESOME weekend with my God Babies, and BFF and her wife.
2) I STUCK to my new carb free (or really really low) lifestyle all weekend.
3) Because of #2 AND I #1 (I went to the gym both Saturday AND Sunday since I had the twins alone and they have FREE babysitting) I lost 2 + pounds over the weekend!
Yah for Gay!

I have found a new way of life that has kept me at Goal since 2008.. And keeping it that way!
OK............I will play
1. I am officially NOT obese....and am now merely OVERWEIGHT...Yay me!
2. I went to a dinner party last night....wore some really nice lingerie...........and I did NOT look like a 10 lb sausage in a 5 pound wrap. !!
3. PS....the skirt and blouse looked nice over the above mentions lingerie...LOL YA pervs !!
NEXT ...............

1) I was able to buy clothes that I liked at multiple regular stores over the weekend.
2) I just finished my once monthly week of weight loss (5 or 6 lbs) - I wonder how long this trend will continue.
3) We got lots of yard work done this weekend.

isn't it hard to believe the first time you try on regular clothes that DON'T have the Lane Bryant brand on them???
Congratulations, and enjoy the 5 or 6 pounds a month, while it lasts.. Sooner or later you get to a point where you are DONE losing.. Then what are we supposed to do? j/k

Ok now that is even more exciting even though it shouldn't be. We shouldn't worry about a number taht determines how healthy we are. But man the day I became "overweight" instead of obese I was so excited, then toe be AVERAGE!! Now that was a day to celebrate.
Then this week my heart rate monitor told me I was ELITE!! ME!! Ms. 300 pounds is elite.
