11 months post op

Well folks,  I am a few days short of my 11 month post op date.  It has happened, I have lost 215lbs now.  I am so happy with this.  I am at  my goal weight and have been here for about a month or two now.  I need to take some new pics then i will update my pics.

 I also found out that I need to have surgery on May 28th to remove several hernias.  Other than that everything is going well.. Hugs   Scott

How did they identify that you have hernias? Did you have any symptons. My partner is concerned because when I do heavy weights with my ab work out I have a large lump that develops where the large scar is from the Roux n Y. I just think it is the muscle is still a little weak, she is afraid it is a hernia.

But hell I don't even know what a hernia IS!

 Sorry to hear about the hernias but your weight loss is incredible!  Congratulations.
