Plateau Diet
Has anyone done this? What results have you had? I'm going to give it a try this week, but can only do it for 5 days. In case anyone is interested, here it is:
§ Do for 10 days to break plateau § Drink 2 quarts of water a day § You must have 45 grams of protein supplement and all your vitamins & mineral supplements every day. § You may consume up to 3 oz. of the following high-protein foods, 5 times a day: o Beef o Pork o Chicken o Turkey o Lamb o Fish o Eggs o low fat cheese o cottage cheese o plain yogurt, or artificially sweetened o peanut butter o beans/legumes § You may also have: o sugar free popsicles (avoid juice popsicles) o tea or coffee o sugar free soda o sugar free jello o broths & bouillon o Crustal Lite drinks § IF IT IS NOT ON THE LIST YOU MAY NOT HAVE IT !!! § Keep a food diary and try to get 30 minutes of exercise daily.

Hi John, I am on day 5 and am not going to hop on the scale until day 10 is completed. I am a freak that gets upset with the scale so I avoid it at all costs. I am though feeling a lot more energized so I am very happy with that!! 3 1/2 pounds is great!!!!!! Congrats to you!
