I setup a Gmail account to share some of my favorite work out songs with everyone. I did this on the RNY forum. Thought I would share over here.... not like any of you like techno dance music right?

Thank you Tony.. I've actually been wondering if there is a website or software program that you can input a song that you like the beat of to work out to and it will suggest similiar beat songs??

I have found a new way of life that has kept me at Goal since 2008.. And keeping it that way!

I use a program called mixmeister. It goes through your entire library of songs and gives you the BPM so you can pull down all the songs with the same beats per minute into one play list.
