Irritated.... surgery postponed...

Mylapband advocate made a mistake and now surgery has to be postponed till May 16th... this sucks because my family can't pick me up from the hospital after surgery or be there with me because they are going out of town....  until after Memorial Day.

now it looks like it won't be until June.   

:(  I know you are disappointed Jamie. As another OH chat pal told me when I got my surgery scheduled and it was like 2 months out... "It's not a race. 5 years from now you won't even give this delay a thought."  I've been there and after 9 months I can tell you that it doesn't matter now. Back then I was like you and was upset  because I was ready to go!  Smile and think about those pounds dropping off as summer goes by. -- Tom
