I have to find a way to get more protien and liquids in without so many carbs and stuff.  So  I've been reading about Da Vinci SF syrups.  Has anyone been using these or know recipes for the syrups?  Just testing the waters before committing $$ to it.  :)

I have been using them some in my coffee. I have not done anything with protein, but I am sure you could add it to a vanilla protein shake, I have seen some recipes for shakes but not sure where you might try eggface.

i used the coffee, vanilla and hazelnut all the time initially to spice up the liquid proteins.  Don't buy too much because we still have three partial bottles.

I like to mix the carmel or the vanilla with some cottage cheese and have that for breakfast.

I use alot of caramel and amaretto sf DaVinci.  I also have cinnamon dulce sf Starbucks.  I use them to flavor up either vanilla or chocolate protein.  The amaretto is great in a chocolate protein shake.

I also make protein coffees, by adding vanilla protein and some sf syrup to my coffee for a latte in the flavor of my choice.

Rae, I forgot to mention.  bariatriceating.com has a lot of protein recipes on their site.  I think they are on the message boards there.  Go take a look.  I've gotten alot of ideas from there.

I used Da Vinci syrups extensively when I was on a medically monitored weight-loss program which consisted of meal replacement shakes.  Da Vinci is the best because they offer a HUGE selection of flavors--one of my favorites was German Chocolate Cake!  (They can also be had VERY inexpensively if you have a Cash & Carry nearby--$2-3 per bottle.)
