Eating a lot
The hunger seems to be reappearing at an alarming rate. I have been really trying to focus on the "basics" and most specifically sticking with the dense proteins eaten on a schedule. I do need to work on keeping urges under control (buying chocolates I like).
I wonder if anyone further out might chime in with ideas??

Most people will probably disagree with me I'm sure but I chew gum. We were told no gum for the first 6 months - I know other doctors/nuts say no gum period. I think in my life, or at least since I was old enough to chew gum, I've swallowed it MAYBE 2-3 times so I'm not too concerned. *knocking on wood here*
I'd ask to see if you can have gum unless you already know if you can or not.
Other than that I stick to a schedule - or at least try to.

I handle these things very simply, but very differently from most.
If I'm hungry, I eat. Just not a buffet's worth of food.
If I crave chocolate, I eat chocolate. Just not a whole bag's worth.
If I want some potato chips, I eat a few. Then I put the bag away.
I try to find something else to focus on. I don't constantly want to be trying to avoid the pangs of hunger, they'll always be there and will do nothing more than distract me from other things. So, eating a little bit is not going to hurt you. Eating too much is what will.
Good luck,
Cheers,
Chris
