1) I realized that without skin removal I am not going to lose much more weight. I am good with this. I am happy at 190ish. My hips aint gonna get less wide cause I am at bone. Only place I really have to lose is my tummy and that is mostly skin I think. Like I said in the "Big boned" post. I come from a family of big girls.

2) My bro-in-law wasn't hurt when someone hit him last night. His truck on the other hand is limping a little.

3) I got my cheese so I can make my snack mix by eggface.

I shall now be know as Hagatha: Queen of the queens.

1> Got hugged by a hot ex-mormon guy last night.  Twice.  Lingeringly.  Is it wierd that I find the mormon "type" very hot?

2> I'm getting more and more used to going to therapy once a week.  Used to prefer going to the gym over the mental workouts. 

3> Realized that I haven't been tempted to eat sweet things at all, lately.  Went to a party on Saturday filled with fresh baked pies, cakes and homemade candy and didn't even think about trying any.  Didn't even notice that I had avoided temptation until today, 4 days later.

1) Enjoying hiding in my office today, though not working on what I should be . . .

2) I can now wear t-shirts that are bit more clingy!  I need to get adventuresome and try some clothes that actually fit (stop wearing the 2x/3x that still loo****

3) Contractor started the patio with fire pit that we have been waiting for since the fall . . . damn winter snow and frozen ground!

1 ~ It's Earth Day and I'm honoring the dirt from 9 floors up... tending to all my balcony plants, cleaning out dead leaves, washing them, trimming and repotting. They are all clean and happy now.

2 ~ Started new back on track program today. Stopping the slippery slide back into bad habits. This week... no snacks... next week ... smaller portions again.

3 ~ Loving my new life as a normal-weight person but realizing it will be a life-long process. Reminding myself of it EVERY day.

1.  Went to the doctor for my knee again today and the best news I'm down 80lbs...wooohooo!

2.  I get to spend the afternoon with my nephew and nieces.

3.  Going to the gym and start my aqua water program again, Dr. said to just go slow and do what I can!

1. My surgery is in 5 days.
2. Tomorrow is my last day of work for 3 weeks, I was told I cant even log in to check email. I dont ever remember having that much time off in a row.
3. My mom is coming to stay with me for a week on Sunday.

1. Today was my short day at the office.

2. Been a VERY stressful week and I have done a pretty good job of avoiding food ,I snacked a couple of time but it was stuff that was good for me and not junk like it would have been in the past.

3. The sping weather!
