Well it never fails. every time I leave home I lose weight! I got on the scales this morning and I am now half the man i used to be. I weigh 250 pounds for total weightloss of 250! 10 more pounds and I'll have lost 200 pounds since last May! (I had to lose 60 pounds prior to surgery)
