B: SF/FF butterscotch pudding with 1/3 c skim milk and 1 scoop whey powder
Snack:  Protein Peach Mango Drink
L: Pureed Won Ton Soup
S: Pureed Beef Stew
Snack: SF/FF Jello

Vitamins:  Multi, Folic Acid, Biotin, Cal Citrate, Acid Blocker,B12

Lots of herbal tea..........de-caf of course!!

for some reason, I've decided to "wing it" today.

I've packed my breakfast/snacks/lunch for so long now, that I feel like I'm living on the edge coming to work with just a protein bar and bottled water...

For breakfast I got 1 egg over easy, a turkey sausage patty, and a slice of whole grain toast from the cafeteria.  They look at you weird when you don't want a giant 9 egg omlette with ham, sausage, bacon, and 3 cheeses... ;-)

AND it was only $1.75!  That's a deal compared to the $5 or so I used to spend on breakfast alone.  I'll report back at lunch time.

Dinner, I know we are going to Chili's.  My new favorite thing is the kids basket of ribs.  They give you like 4 ribs and a side.  I usually choose the broccoli... and it's only $4.99... I've become such a cheap date.

Thus far:

B> Atkins granola protein bar
s> leftover cheese and sausage omelette (about 1/2 the omelette), leftover fruit
L> Indian food with co-workers.  1 chicken thigh, a few bites of chicken masala, a few bites of aloo gobi & a corner of naan bread.  I was hungry today!
s> single serving packet of pistachios from Rite Aid.

Planned:
D> Some sort of chop yet to be purchased...I'm hoping for lamb.  Also a baby yam and some baby carrots.
s> Greek yogurt w/ no sugar added blueberry preserves and some splenda.

Morning Snack: Dannon Light and Fit Yogurt, strawberry I think

Lunch: Ordered a burrito (without the tortilla with rest of work group)
            Ate chicken, salsa, some guacomole, a few chips, some sour cream and cheese
            It is still so weird that I don't want all of it . . . I still have a greedy, must enjoy fast response
            when I first start eating - need to work on that.

Afternoon Snack: Ate more of the burrito salad, threw away more than 1/2 (mostly rice)
                            More coffee today, really sleepy

ES: Not sure

No water today - BAD!, all vitamins so far.
Planning on taking the dog for a walk, before supermarket shopping!
