3 for Thursday
1) My dog had a breathing attack on Tuesday night / Wednesday morning. I was able to get it recorded so I get to take her to the vet today to see if we can figure it out.
2) The hubby is off tomorrow.
3)This will be TMI but PMS is almost over!!! Ok, I still have about another week of being nuts but I am half way done. 2 freaking weeks out of 4. Grrrrrrrrrr

Kathy, I totally get the 2/4 week-long PMS... I had the same thing for a long time. My doctor put me on Progesterone and it helped tremendously... 20 mg day. Interestingly, and I know I'm a lot older than you, after my surgery I had one more period and then not a single one since. I do get warm flashes occasionally but otherwise, not one single menopause symptom. I'm so glad to be done with it.
So for my list today:
1~ The soul searcing I was able to do this morning on my LJ to understand more about my struggle with food recently, the pain, and what I need to do about it and the plan I set up to change it.
2~ My daughter started driving again this week so I can join the gym on the 17th (not till then because Z's 90 days will be up and the discounted membership will be available).
3~ I'm reading the weightlifting for women book and getting excited about weight/strength training and finding my muscles somewhere under all the skin.
So for my list today:

1. Woke up knowing that I am on the right path. And Also relizing that I have the stregnth to keep it up!
2. Going to HOOTERS tongiht for my cousins husbands birthday. Already looked up the nutritional facts for certain food. Will be having the grilled big fish sandwich! and a side salad dressing on the side. :)
3. I made an effort to bring work out clothes to my moms so that I can walk to new track at my city park for the first time today, :)
