AWESOME moment
I had the most awesome moment yesterday........ prior to the surgery, I used to fall behind when walking with my partner or even have to ask her to slow the pace as I couldn't keep up at her pace. Yesterday we were at the hospital to have my filter removed and had an appointment on one side of the hospital, and then the other on the other end of the hospital. Anyway...while walking to the first appointment she tugs on my arm and breathlessly asks me to slow down that SHE can't keep up!!!!! She told me I was like a woman on a mission and that she felt like she was walking with her 6'2" brother where my one step was like 12 of hers. I had to stop a moment and just take it in. We laughed about it and she got the funny of the situation. However with me....it was the BEST feeling yet!!!!!!!!!!!! I just had to share!
