I have my surgery coming up and the closer it gets the more intense I get. I am starting to buy my vitamins and other stuff I need but I really need help with suggestions. I know it's best to take iron at bed time but what about B12, Vitamin C and protein? I'm really  nervous and maybe making it out to be more than what it's really going to be ??

Didn't your surgeon give you this information?  He/she should have.

This is my vitamin schedule.  I've just added the iron at bedtime in addition to my iron in the morning because my ferritin and other labs were dropping.

As far as protein, what is your minimum?  In the beginning, it's a little difficult to get all your protein in, but you will need to keep working at it.  My minimum is 75 g.  So in the beginning, I would sip on protein drinks all day.

Meds - baby aspirin (I need to be on aspirin due to heart disease)
Lipitor -  20 mg
4 Vitalady Tender Iron (100 mg total)
1 Vitamin E - 400 mg
1 Sublingual B12 (1000 mg)
1 Fish oil capsule
1 Vitamin C - 500 mg
1 Dry Vitamin D - 1000 mg

2 hours later
1 Bariatric Advantage Calcium (400 mg, 2000 mg total for day)
1 Bariatric Advantage Multi

2 hours later
1 Bariatric Advantage Calcium (400 mg)

2 hours later
1 Bariatric Advantage Calcium (400 mg)

2 hours later
1 Bariatric Advantage Calcium (400 mg)

2 hours later
1 Bariatric Advantage Calcium (400 mg)
1 Bariatric Advantage Multi

Bedtime
Polysaccharide Iron - 150 mg

Yes he did but then I went shopping and theres so many vitamins of different brands for the same thing. He did specify not to take calcium with any other vitami other than multi. Also for Iron is best at night time. Maybe I'm just making it more difficult than what it really is.

It is very daunting in the beginning, but it does become easier.

In the beginning, it was very difficult for me to get a schedule down because I was still on lots of meds.  Without all the meds, it's a little easier.

I got myself a big pill holder that had the slots broken down into days of the week and times of the day.  That helped tremendously.  I no longer need to break it down like that for different times of day, but I still have one that I use for each day of the week.  I do one for me and one for my wife and it has made supplementing so much easier.

I still use chewable vitamins for the most part.  You can order bariatric vitamins at vitalady.com, bariatriceating.com or directly from bariatricadvantage.com

There are other bariatric specific vitamins like Building Blocks and Celebrate.  It's up to you if you want to use those.

Centrum makes a chewable multi.  I know there are chewable calciums out there as well as liquid, but I didn't like them very much.  I really like the bariatric advantage calcium, so I know I'll take it regularly.
