I couldn't wait to get this going for the day...so I hope I'm not stepping on any toes......

1. I can walk 1 mile at one time!!!!  It has been YEARS since I've been able to walk even 1/2 mile at a time with my back, so this was quite a shock to know I did this last night!

2. I got more liquids in yesterday and I actually lost weight!

3. With my belt on the 7th hole, my pants are still lose around the waist!!!  I've had my belt for probably 5 years and have NEVER been on the 7th hole.  Only 2 more to go!

I have to add one more...

4. The fence guys started putting up our fence yesterday, so within the next week or two my pony of a dog will have room to run and play!

I love your garden!  I am so glad it is almost spring here too!   Do you have lots of bulbs?

Not too many bulbs--they seem to be squirrel food in this neighborhood. My partner is the gardener too--I'm an inside girl!

Of course you can start this thread. Anyone is welcome to start - just if you cross post with someone, somebody should close out their thread so there's not two up on one day. And Yipee for you!! Such great NSVs!

1) My wife is chuffed that I would rearrange my day to get a day off with her.

2) Getting rid of some things which have been cluttering up my house.

3) So there will be room for the two little packages of beautiful yarn that I pick up from the post office today.

I was crazy busy yesterday and missed the three so this is for yesterday and today. :)

1. I sold my Honda Rebel yesterday and accidentally shorted myself $100 in the process *facepalm* but I'm really grateful that it sold to the first caller and I still made a little more off it than I needed to send to the person I got the new bike from.

2. That the fact that I'm bouncing down in my weight doesn't bother me. It's taking me a week or more to lose 1/2 pound solidly and I'm up and down 1/2 a pound for a while until it finally goes away and then I seem to start that process on the next 1/2 pound. I bounced between 129 and 131 for three weeks and now I'm bouncing between 127 and 128... so if that's the way it's going to be, eventually I'll get to goal and I'm not freaking out and just amused at what my body's doing.

3. A 3-hour conversation with an old friend that I've not talked to in years. I <3 her and miss her and it was good to have her back in my life. She teaches women's sacred movement (and how to love your body) classes and I'm going to try to get her out here to do one, so I can see her and take her class.

1. I recieved Yoga for Weight loss in the mail yesterday! ( thank you R!!)

2. I called my Sleep doc today asking about my options for CPAP supplies ( want to make sure I have a good fitting mask for after surgery) I have been holding out on buying any for almost a year to save money....anyway...apparently my Insurance will now pay for my CPAP machine upgrade to an auto machine,  and all of my supplies with NO COPAY!!!! Yay!!
Hopefully in a year I won't need the CPAP anymore!

3. My support system is growing as the date is approaching.

 Hmmm

1. I am grateful for all of the fun baby plants coming up in my house garden - tons of bulbs!  One is weird looking (more tropical than spring bulb) and growing really rapidly - can't wait to see what it is.

2. I am grateful that I have the opportunity to join a water monitoring project for the lake near my house.  Tomorrow evening, I am being trained on how to gather water samples correctly from the creek.

3. I am down to 201.8 . .  . WOW! and all of my 6 month post-operative lab values came back normal.
