The dizzy and passing out "might" be WLS related.
I had my Tilt Table Test today. Passed out, had a blast. (Notice the sarcasm dripping here.) The Dr. that was doing the test told me after the fact they are seeing more and more people with my problem post-op. Great! Still would have done it. I can work with this since we know what it is and they can work on correcting it.

It started with me passing out from my BP dropping like a stone. The first time it happened was in Aug about 7 months post op. I didn't pass out that time but I did in Sept and Oct. I have dizzy spells that happen before I pass out. I thought about that when I read your post but since you didn't mention passing out I didn't comment. I also get a headache, and feel like the inside of my head is spinning. It's not a fun feeling. I get sick all the time from it but don't pass out.

This is more hearsay than fact, but a nurse (lap bander) that I work with said that some WLS patients capillaries and small veins don't reabsorb well. That is why we get cold easier than some and that also helps explain where all that blood goes when you stand up too fast.
Glad you have a diagnosis you can work with.
