With only one eye open this morning... I'm really grateful that at least one eye is open... and for...

1). The amazing, truly life-altering weekend I had that showed me that I really deserve the best for my body, mind, and heart. And for the loving butch who gifted me with it.

2). For the plateau that is finally crumbling... 1.5 pounds from goal now.

3). For this beautiful day and the people in this forum whom I have grown to love and admire and with whom I would not want to walk this journey without.

1. Happy my Mom is willing to pay for a tummy tuck. Lets hope she sticks with it!

2. I've gotten everything done already, and it's only noon.

3. Had a "racial" issue at my daughters school and the teacher called today and we resolved it. She's a great teacher and glad to know what happened won't be tolderated.

1. Fitting into size 18 pants tonight, though I was actually genuinely confused by my shopping experience.  I can't find pants that don't split the fat and I can't seem to get the "flattening wear" to work.  I bought some men's brief boxers to try.  Mostly, I just wandered about realizing that I can actually choose clothes not just by fit for the first time in 20 years.

2. Down to 202 this morning!

3. That my partner packs perfect lunches for me every morning!

I am grateful for a lot.. But I'll try to keep it at a minimum.

1)  Still high from my absolutely perfect weekend. Even WITH strept throat.

2) Starting to win the battle with my mind that I CAN NOT work out with strept throat. And I think SOMEONE (as Brooke says Bob) made it quite clear I can not, when Kaiser called and wants to see me at6:30...

3) My dear, dear friend with AIDS looked SO much better yesterday. Can I tell you how much that puts life into perspective?

I have found a new way of life that has kept me at Goal since 2008.. And keeping it that way!
