A plug for beariatric.com

I just finished eating the most amazing tilapia, thanks to a recipe from beariatric.com.  here's the link:

I didn't make the chips becuase they are still too filling for me, but the fish was absolutely fantastic!

I made a dill dip using fresh dill and nonfat greek yogurt.  Oh yeah, heaven!

Agreed - I found this website early on when I was looking for bariatric recipes.  Love it!  The two guys who run it seem really cool, too.
