3 Things for Thursday

Good Morning All!

1) I am grateful that I have a job in the economy and health insurance

2) That I get to weigh-in today and get a surgery date.

3) That I will get a free copy of Biggest Loser Yoga for Weight Loss & Boot Camp DVD! Yay!

1) I get to see the hubby for 30 seconds tonight. Been working early and not seeing him this week.

2) I have two more nights to work!

3) I will prolly only have a 3 day work week next week. That doesn't count the 3 hours on Sunday. The next week I will only have a 4 day week too. Tilt table test on Monday, prolly call in that night. Then off to Ohio on Friday and coming back on Monday.

1. I had my 6-month postop visit today. It was great to see the changes in everyone. We totaled 17  people and we had lost a total of 1465 pounds together.

2. Found out my ferritin is low so I'm now on extra iron (ferrous gluconate).

3. I'm determined now to get these last 4-5 pounds off and start going to the gym. It's my primary source of shame... otherwise I'm pretty ******g proud of myself.

1. I am wearing 34" inch jeans today, I have NEVER worn a 34 before. I was wearing 48 before my WLS.

2. Had my follow up with my surgeon today. She said I am doing fantastic! She wants me to speak at an information meeting one month. Now waiting to hear back from my blood work.

3. All the invitations for Greg's surprise birthday party are out, I hope no lets the cat out of the bag.

1. Ordering clothes from a catalog and having them fit or even be a bit big.

2. That my mother called tonight for the first time in a long time.

3. That my job is relatively flexible . . .
