I don't have the DVD, but to me yoga is something you definately want to do the first couple of times with an instructor who can watch what you are doing and make sure you get the basic forms and technique down. Most places only charge a few bucks for a walk in class.
I have it! I'm a HUGE fan of Biggest Loser....gives me hope. Anyway....I haven't actually done the Yoga as of yet, but I previewed the dvd. Bob is the instructor and he walks you through the entire process. Then there is an option just to have the music and the video without Bob's instructions. So far I think it looks good, but I'm afraid I'll fall over or something. LOL
No dont have that one.. I did try Yoga though.... I found it kind of a challenge,,, (Well over 300 pounds at the time what wasn't a challenge)... But,, really a nice easy workout once you get used to it. I honestly would find a class though do it in person rather then a video.. I know its not easy for us to walk into those classes with Ken and Barbie and the Stepfords,, But, Yoga I found really isnt like that.. I took three classes right before surgery,, I wasnt the only fat person in the class,, and everyone was very supportive and helpful...I found the classes very relaxing.. A LIVE instructor will show you things you will not get on a video and actually help Tailor the work out to you needs and abilities much more effectively...
