I'm just looking for new ideas. What do you snack on between meals or if you are busy and on the road? What is your quick snack idea?

This is a good post, have been looking for something different myself. I do string cheese, peanuts and almonds usually. If on the road Wendys chili is good.

I love cheese sticks. There is now a colby-jack cheese stick. It's only 60 calories but filling. I love colby-jack!

The only nut I've tried was cashews and I got the foamies after - I had like 4. So I've kinda been scared to try peanuts or anything else.

I mix sliced almonds with soy nuts and snack on that.

For some reason the hubby HATES to eat lunch if he eats breakfast. So while on vacay or the weekends I am always looking for something. On vacay I would grab some cheese or pistachios. In fact, pistachios are my go to snack of choice. I love them! Usually on weekends now I just starve cause it's easier. Not healthy but easy.

Sometimes, I will have jello, cheesesticks, cut up pieces of chicken, fresh fruit has helped and protein bars.

I keep a "go to" bag with me at most times, that has usually most of the following:
bottle or two of water
crystal light packets
protein powder packets
sugar free pudding or jello cup (non fridgerated kind)
some almonds
and occasionally I will have a "cool pack"  that has either a stick or two of string cheese or some olives in it...

It REALLY comes in handy when I am out all day and need something full of protein to get me by til dinner...  I of course am MAJORLY indecisive, which is why I seem to have a mountain of food with me LOL
