I Have a question?

I was wondering Since I have already had weight loss surgery and am now wanting a revision will I be required to do the 6mth diet time frame even if I can show what Ihave done to get the weight back down? If so I need to start thinking about that and preparing as well.

Check your insurance carrier's Clinical Policy Bulletin for Obesity Surgery.  It should outline exactly what's required in order to get approval for the revision.
