Tuesday's Confessional (reporting for Monday!)
OK, to avoid any confusion, this is Tuesday's confessional, but it is actually for what you ate/ drank/exercised on MONDAY!!!!!
So, Monday is pretty much over, and I am off to sleep! SO I thought I would post the confessional before I went to bed. So how was everyone's Monday? This is how I did in terms of food and exercise:
Pre-workout- Mocha Latte Muscle Milk
Post workout breakfast - Egg beaters w/ brown mustard and 2 slices veggie bacon
Snack- 1 serving soy crisps
Lunch- high protein cauliflower cheese bake, and a couple bites of chickenless bbq chicken
Snack- Root Beer protein shake
Dinner - Stir fried Tofu and veggies in ginger sauce
Snack- chocolate caramel protein drink

over 1 gallon of fluids, all my vitamins
120 grams protein, 60 grams carbs, 31 grams fat
Exercise:
30 minutes treadmill at 4.0 mph
5 minutes at 5.0 mph
45 minutes weights (mainly legs)
202 crunches
All in all a good day for me, feels good to be back on track... so how did you all do on Monday?

Hmmm...that protein cauliflower cheese bake sounds promising. Is there a recipe for it somewhere?

Lunch: 2 oz string cheese and about 2 oz seaweed salad
snack: 1/2 muscle milk shake (yuck, never again)
Dinner: Scrambled eggs with mushrooms, spinach and seasoned ground beef, mashed potatos and a slice of tomato

Yesterday was better for me... I'm trying a week of not writing it down to see how I do so this is from memory.

l - chili with chopped up turkey meatloaf in it (1/2 cup)
d - 1/3 cup slaw (made with chicken this time)
about 75% of fluids and all my vitamins (except one dose of calcium)
Lost 1.2 pounds from yesterday after maintaining for over a week.

workout - went to work, went to Safeway, got exhausted just shopping - dang cold
water - about 75% of goal, vitamins - forgot bedtime, otherwise okay.
Goal for today 90oz of fluid!! Flush the last of those cold viruses out of the system.
