Just checking in
Sorry I've been inactive - been out for the past week recovering from my gall bladder removal surgery. All's good, recovering smoothly despite a slight oopsie with the anesthesia.
Turns out I got lucky - they found gall stones in the gall bladder! They removed it before they could cause me any pain or discomfort, so that's one in the win column in this situation. I get the biopsy back on Tuesday, I hope - not expecting bad news, the growth was small, so not stressing over it.
If anyone's interested, my second article has been printed in the "Mom Guess What" magazine. You can read it online at www.momguesswhat.com, on page 25. Raven's lovely letter to the editor also made it into the magazine (thank you, gorgeous!).

Hope all's well with everyone! Hope to be on more regularly soon.

Hope you are feeling better. I just read the article.I loved it! I agree there is nothing more horrible than a gym to a fat person. I have a great health club at work that I do not use. I've been there a few times. It is full of beautiful people. I havbe never seen a fat person there. As your article said, I am sure they are thinking, "What is he doing here." Add at work health clubs to that list of gay health clubs of places I will not go.
