l - romaine and chicken salad with balsamic vinegar (not dresing)

d - left over from above - 178 cal

s - grapes - 48 cal

workout was only 200 calories, my son went home and to bed at 6 when he was supposed to be with his Dad, so I was worried, lifted weights like I was on crack and went home in a 1/2 hour.

Total calories - 517 minus mini workout 214 = 303 total calories
Total carbs 20
Total fat 8

Total protein 76

lets hear it people!

I have found a new way of life that has kept me at Goal since 2008.. And keeping it that way!

B - EAS protein shake with coffee

L - Salsa and cottage cheese

AS - Dannon Light and Fit Yogurt

D - 3 homemade meatballs

30 minute walk, most of water, all vitamins
Low calories, low protein day - no good reason.

No workout. Have a bad cold and feel like crap.
