early afternoon- 1/2 an endangered species extreme dark chocolate bar, 2 cubes cheddar cheese
later afternoon - 1 pack buddig pastrami
dinner - 1 pack buddig ham
snack 2 TBSP soy nuts
No workout. 'bout 50oz fluids
work mtg with carb foods, bad cold, 1st day of my period - still not enough good excuses. Next time I'll take bubble gum!
