Exhausted all day which for me makes me want to munch. But I didn't.

b - 1/3 cup chicken casserole
l - 1/3 cup smoked fish (yum)
d - (ate late), 1/3 cup ham slaw

I also had three pieces of SF hard candy to get me through the afternoon at work.

No workout. 70+ oz fluids. All my vitamins.

ok I have to ask, what exactly is ham slaw?

It's the tukey slaw recipe from EggFace but with ham because I ran out of turkey. LOL

It's slaw mix (1 package of regular or 1/2 package of the cabbage and 1/2 package of the broccoli slaw),
1/4-1/2 pound or so chopped meat of some kind (can't have too much meat really), I want to try it with smoked salmon some time.
1/2 small red onion minced,
1/3 cup of shredded cheese of choice (I used parmasan with the ham),
1/4 cup of raisins,
1/4 cup of nuts of choice (I used sun flower seeds).

Mix it all togehter in a large bowl.

The dressing is:
1/4 cup of greek yogurt,
1/4 cup mayo (I use FF),
1 TB cider vinegar,
1 TB barbecue sauce,
salt and pepper.

Mix the sauce ingredients together until smooth and then mix into the slaw mix really well. It tastes better after it sits for a couple of hours. This makes a large amount. Z and I eat on it for about a week. Keep it in an air-tight container in the fridge. It lasts pretty well.

Bonny appetite. LOL

You should have your thyroid checked girl if you're tired alllll the time. That's probably not weight loss surgery related.

Thanks Fnly... Thyroid levels are all normal. It's mainly because I'm working two jobs, staying up too late writing, menopause, driving my daughter, who I work with, home every day after work because she recently had knee surgery and then being stuck in traffic for an hour or more, not sleeping very well (for a variety of reasons, among them the deaths of my son and my mother this past year), rapid weight loss, and not exercising regularly. I know I will feel better once one or more of these conditions change or stabilize, probably expecially the exercise, but for now it's pretty much about life. Other than all that, I'm feeling really terrific. LOL

Well, I think it's that thing they call Life? LOL... it's all good... except the bad parts. I know I need to get my ass in gear and start exercising. That will help a lot of the issues. My main problem is making the time... but I'll get there.

Thank you for your encouragement. I'm glad you are on the forum.
