I was at my sister's this weekend and didn't write down any food but I was careful and it paid off. I lost another pound. Down to 133.8! Woof!!
We ate out twice over the weekend and both times I brought home enough food to feed me for the other meals. One of the places was Chipolte. I ordered a bowl (no rice) with spicy beef (thank dog I can eat beef), pinto beans, cheese, pico and a little guacomole. It lasted me for three meals. The other place was breakfast on Sunday. I split a smoked salmon omlet with cream cheese with my sister. OMG it was some of the best smoked salmon. As a side, intead of hash browns, they had shredded zuchinni seared on a grill with herbs and onions (no oil). I was curious, so I ordered them. They were amazing. I could have seriously overate on them but I was a good girl. Before we left, I talked the server into selling me a slab of the smoked salmon. It made the trip home just fine and the hoot of it was, she gave it to me at the price of a side of breakfast meat... $4. There's probably 10 oz of smoked salmon. SCORE!!!!
Last night we went to a friend's house for dinner and he made a serious cross cut roast, sauteed greens in the meat juice, polenta with cheese (which was a little salty for me). He also made a dessert of fresh strawberries and an oat buiscuit-type shortbread with almost no sugar. I had a tiny taste of each. I was completely satisfied.

Good luck with your cleanse. I'll be thinking of you and encouraging you.
Oh, did I tell you how much fun we had with you two on Friday? I did.... Oh, yeah! Well we did! First words out of Z's mouth as we were walking to our car were, "Wow, they're great!". I concur.

Thank you I'm gonna need it.. I am cutting the coffee.. Sticking with Green and Oolong tea. There must be just enough caffiene in the green tea to ward off the migraine.
And Niki said the same exact thing. How much fun she had and how many more questions she wanted to ask. So we HAVE to set up another date...
I have found a new way of life that has kept me at Goal since 2008.. And keeping it that way!
Was bad yesterday!
The juice habit is creeping back and I can't find the ruby red crystal light in upstate NY!
I used to drink 3-4 + glasses of Tropicana OJ per day! (some days much more, particularly in the summer . . .)
Yesterday
Ocean Spray Light ****tail, Ruby Red Grapefruit x 3 - 8oz glasses = 120 calories, 30 gm sugar
B - EAS Myoplex light + coffee
L - White Hotdog at Syracuse Basketball game
taste x 3 of Haagen Dazs ice cream bar
AS - Terra Chips Bloody Mary Flavor - 1 serving, 150 calories, many carbs . . .
D - 3.5 oz Roast chicken, 1/4 - 1/2 cup Brussel Sprouts
No exercise, 941 calories, 79 gm Carbs, 50 gm fat and only 49 gm protein
1 glass of water, all of my vitamins . . .
Finding out it is easy to drink calories again and eat empty if don't get in enough protein!
