D - scrambled egg w/ chicken, salsa, cheese (dog loved the left overs LOL)

liquids - probably short of goal by a bit.
workout - none, but ache a bit from the previous one.

I had a good day. I was out of town at a business meeting. They had box lunches and I made great choices.

B: My smoothie of f/f vanilla yogurt, strawberries, pineapple and f/f milk
S: 1/2 of a raisin bran muffin
L: 1/2 of a chicken Caesar wrap (only could do 1/2 of the wrap)
S: South Beach cranberry bar
D: Salmon with crab meat, peas and salad
S: Parmesan Crisp crackers with laughing cow cheese wedge

I got back strict with myself yesterday... back to basics to break this plateau... It worked and I lost a pound.

b - 3 eggbites
l - 1/3 cup chicken casserole
d - very late after class (1/4 cup tuna and 2 crackers)

80% of fluids
100% vitamins
no gym - next thing to work on... just having been feeling good.

Finally kicked the cold (well mostly!)  So yesterday was a lot better than i had been doing!

Pre-workout - root beer muscle milk (YAY!  I found some!)

B- 2 egg bites
S - string cheese stick
L- WLS tuna salad
S- nectar fuzzy navel protein
D- 2 slices veggie bacon, few bites of egg white omelette
S - mocha latte protein

120 oz of liquids
1/2 my vitamins (forgot morning dose)

45 minutes swimming
45 minutes leg weights
20 minutes eliptical
walked to and from gym (2 miles)

God do I love my new Crackberry Fitness Tool.. It really keeps me honest. The 3 grapes I eat get inputed!!

So yesterday was PHENOM!! And even though I said I wouldn't get on the scale I have a horrible addiction to it. But I lost .6 which is GRAND. 1 more pound till my orginal goal and then I can get on my next goal.. 125 HERE I COME!

B- Pumkin Protein Shake 139 Calories
    Grapes - 9 calories

    Coffemate - 20 calories

L - Egg Bites - 52 calories
     Nuts - 77 Calories
     Grapes - 9 calories
    Mushroom Stuffed Chicken - 200 Calories

D- Vietnamese Fresh roll 1/2 with the pork removed - 101 Calories

After work out snack - Sugar free licorice (I know a no no!) 45

Workout - 45 Minute legs weight training and 50 minutes running
                and incline training - 694 calories burned

Total Calories 854 / Carbs 35 / Protein 77 / Fat 14

Total calories not including BMR 160 total
          

I have found a new way of life that has kept me at Goal since 2008.. And keeping it that way!
