b - 1/3 cup chicken casserole
l - 1/4 cup bean dip (cannelli beans, garlic, pesto, roasted red peppers, whizzed) and handfull small ww crackers
d - steak and 1/4 cup root veggies... steak didn't work and only could eat two tiny bites, ate mostly veggies (not good). Got home late from support group and talking with Z without thinking ate several nuts from a tupperware Z brought home from work and two bites of pudding she was eating (it was SF but bad habit).

Also ate several pieces of SF hard candy throughout the day. This is something I've been doing to comfort myself and even though it's not any kind of significant calories, it's a bad habit and I know it but I don't think I'm ready to let go of it.

I haven't worked out at all this week. I'm going to try to get the habit started again soon, although I took three flights of stairs last night at support meeting.

60 oz water.
All vitamines.

So I think I might be doing this wrong.  I just started a couple days ago and I'm posting my plan for the day, but it looks like this is to report what we had yesterday?
I guess it doesn't matter, its keeping my accountable and that's the important thing.
Anyways, here is my food for today:
1 Coffee w/cream & splenda
1 protein bar
Green smoothie
1 low carb tortilla wrap with cream cheese, avacodo and grated carrots
chicken soup (2 oz chicken, broth, chopped kale, onions, parsley)
1/2 c yogurt, 1/4 c blueberries, 1/4 c allbran strawberry medley

From daily plate: Cals:1022, fat 31g, carbs 52 g, fibre 32 g, protein 63 g

Have a great day!

So I think I'm in love.. I found this fantastic software program for my Crackberry called Total Fitness. It keeps track of ALL food, and exercise and graphs and gives me totals. There isn't a way to put together the right "diet" plan for me, but I go with the low calorie and instead of the 1800 it wants me to eat I try to stay within in 800 - 900. But the best part is I am SOOO accountable. If I grab a handful of nuts I input it IMMEDIATLY! And I can input 8 nuts or 10 grapes or whatever.. I'm in love.

So here it goes.

 B - Lean Body Protein Drink - 135 Calories

L - Avacado - 18 Calories (like a tsp)
      Olives - 6 Calories (like 6 slices)
      Mayo - 28 calories
      Tomato - 6 Calories
      Wishbone Spritzer - 10 Calories

       Lettuce - 10 Calories

      Fruit salad - 73 Calories

S - 1/2 pure protein Choc Chip protein bar - 100 Calories

D - chicken Breast - 129  Calories
     Pesto - 75 calories
    Mozzarella - 20 calories
SF Black Licorice - 45 Calories
   Grapes - 16 Calories

Workout 1 hour 22 minutes of running and incline training 645 calorie GONE FOREVER!

Total Calories for the day:  26 calories
40 Crabs
59 Protein
13 fats

All my water and then some (like 4 bottles during that marathon run!)
And all my vitamins except Calcium.. I gotta get that worked out!

That program sounds interesting actually, where did you find it?   I've been using the daily plate mobile on my crackberry, but I dont think I like it much.  This one sounds a lot better.

I have Verizon and it's on the blackberry website. It costs $29.99 with a 4 day trial (i'm on day 2) and my partner is looking for a "free" version.
