Yogurt w/ 1/4 c blueberries , 1/4 c allbran
778 cal, 21g fat, 52 g carbs, 27 g fibre, 49 g protein
I'm a little low on the protein side, so I will have a snack tonight, probably a protein shake which will add 120 cals and 20 g protein

Was off yesterday so I didn't journal. I know I did ok.... even though we ate out 3 meals.
B - egg whites, chicken breast
s- nuts (ugh I know)
l - Leftover chicken breast from breakfast
s- sugar free black licorice
d - 2 pieces of Smoked salmon Nigiri (only half of one of the rice) and a really cool new one I tried with raw halibut, tobiko (fish eggs), and a quail egg... It was yummy.
