Bathing suit - Part 2

Yesterday I had a complete meltdown after leaving the mall. I tried on at least 10 bathing suits. Nothing was cut right. I had skin hanging out of everywhere. I found 1 suit that was called a "jogging suit" with shorts. But I looked like a 40 yr old. (No offense to anyone who is 40, but I'm 28 and want to look it LOL) I wanted something stylish, hip, and was flattering to my new shape.

As soon as I got to my car I started crying and cried the rest of the night. I know it seems like it's not a big deal and what the hell should I be crying over. But I've been trying REALLY hard to like myself lately. It really is scary trying something you haven't done in 10 yrs. Before it was grab a 1 piece and go.

So today I went to Target and found something I like.

Oh Brooke! It's beautiful and you look amazing in it. What a cute design.

I'm beginning to get to that point of struggling with the skin. Not that it hasn't been there for a while but it hasn't really bugged me until recently. I think it's that I'm so close to goal and not doing the thrill-of-losing dance to deflect me from focusing on the sags.

Yeah, I'm 53 and would be happy to look 40.  Actually after PS, I'd like to look 28. Wooo hoo... :)
