OK, I was pretty much MIA all weekend, but am back now, so here goes:

Yesterday for me was good:

Pre workout -  carrot cake protein shake

B - egg beater omelet w/ cheese and mushrooms

S - root beer protein

L - salad, slice of gouda

S - root beer protein

D - chickenless nuggets w/ marinara and mozz cheese

S- mocha latte  protein

130 g protein, 140 oz liquids, all my vitamins

workout:   45 mins eliptical
                  45 minutes weights  (legs)
                  45 mins water aerobics class

B - protein shake
S - 1/4 c soy nuts
L - Mulligtawny soup (however you spell it) Was content with 3-4 bites, but waited and crammed in 4-5 more!  Gotta work on that belief that 3 bites = contentment cannot be a full meal
S - protein shake
D - 4 egg bites, 3 baby pickles, 1/4 cup popcorn with butter.
Calories 760, carbs 39, fat 24, prot. 101
Workout (shoulda gone to the Y while wife was at work) Bit of walking downtown w/ a bit of hill climbing.

Sounds like a pretty good day!   Now you have me craving pickles LOL... think i will have one as my snack... yum garlic dill!

It was a good day food wise, but I working on learning what 'full' and 'satisfied' means for me instead of stuffing myself based on what I see.

Guess I am afraid of starvation - something I've never experienced, or hunger - which has been rare - and obviously never fatal! LOL. The dreaded 'starvation mode' or whatever.

I didn't keep track of my food well yesterday. Stayed in bed with my Z most of the day. Hey it was raining out ... what were we supposed to do? LOL

We attended an M/s dinner (formal with service - hawt) and I had bites of what I was allowed. It was hard sitting through the dessert course and eating nothing but I did and left feeling satisfied (in many ways that had nothing to do with food).

I think I'm beginning to learn that food does not HAVE to be the focus.

Exercise: Does getting spanked and caned count? (sorry TMI). LOL

Wasn't paying attention but pretty sure I got in all my fluids.
Most of my vitamines.

Today is a far more disciplined day (at least bariatric-wise).

Yesterday was wierd.  Alot of cleaning, sex and not alot else...LOL.

Brunch about 3 oz ribeye with an egg

Dinner Half an order of Wor Wonton Soup

Snack Popcorn

Workout....see the first line...:)

Early Morning  - Ocean Spray Light Ruby Red ****tail - interested to try Ruby Red Crystal Light mentioned in "three things" post.

Breakfast - 2 slices bacon, 8oz EAS Myoplex Light, 1 cup coffee

Lunch - cottage cheese with salsa - definitely in a rut.  It is hard to believe I never really even tried cottage cheese until after surgery.  Now, I love it.

Afternoon snack - 2% cheddar cheese stick, Yogurt

Dinner - Chicken parmesan - 3-4 oz
              Bloody Mary - I'm bad.

Cal  835, Carbs - 62 gm, Fat - 24 gm, Protein - 72 gm
Not enough water!!!!!!  All vitamins!

90 minutes hiking and brush cutting in the gully.
