Confessional for the weekend

I will just not mention Friday, 'K.

Saturday - WAY better than it could'a been. Spent Friday noc from 5 - 10:30 getting a coworker home from her surgery and settled in (thank god with another coworker doing the night shift). Then back at 8am to do the day shift - which initially looked like an 8am - 8pm. (Hungry - Angry - Lonely - Tired anyone!)

B - protein shake 1.5 scoop
L - beef jerky bites - 6, multigrain cracker/chips (the addictive ones!) two servings - grazing
S - sample - mulligtawny soup
D - vegetable soup 8oz, baby dill pickles 2
s - protein shake 1 scoop

calories 750, carbs 53, fat 15, pro78 water 64oz
workout - none

Amazing day yesterday.

b - 3 eggbites
l - (very late in the afternoon after hike) steak, veggies, potatoes (about 2-3 small bites of each)
d - mostly skipped because of eating lunch so late. VD party and dance. drank water. Z ate the chocolate off a strawberry and I ate the strawberry.
late snack - Got home around midnight. Ate some turkey with five tiny crackers.

Not nearly enough water.
Missed 1 vitamin and 1 calcium.

Down a pound yesterday morning; gained it back today. (due to lack of water)
