Hello I'm Bubblinsugare-

Thanks to Lady Raven for giving me information about this site! I'm a middle school teacher by day an emcee by night and trying to lose 50 lbs by April/May so I can schedule my surgery over the summer!

I will post a picture as soon as I can get to my other computer. I'm partnered to a very understanding butch, whom I adore and who adores me...........

I go for my first weigh in after being on the strick 1200 calorie diet for about 6 weeks! I'm hoping that the loss is significant! I'm battled low blood sugar 46 and am now registering normal. The only time I'm having huge issues is when I hear the fizz from a soda can...who knew? I'm addicted to the fizz!!!
 

I'm trying to try new things! I don't have the time to attend the WLS group in Richmond I commute about 63 miles each way, Monday - Friday, so I thought why not join a website! This might help!

Will be nice to chat with you all as I too go through this process...I'm looking to get stomach bypass by the way!! Pictures to come...

 

 

Welcome! My surgeon counts OH time as support group time. On line are my only support groups.

Welcome! Congrats on being on 1200 cals for 6 weeks and not killing anyone. I did it for 3 weeks I think and my Mother-in-law and hubby was in serious danger. Funny thing is, I can't even eat all the food now. No desires of death for anyone.

Hey Gorgeous!!!!!!!! I am so happy to see you here! And I was out dining with the gay boys and totally missed your entrance. Damn! We'll you're here now and I think you'll find this board the best! In many ways it's far better than the support group. First, we are family. And I've never found a more insightful group, supportive and totally committed to kicking my ass when I need it.

Sugare, I just want to say I am so proud of you! You are my hero for more reasons than you probably know.

Thank you ALL For the WONDERFUL Welcome! I'm very tired so it might take me a bit to get up to speed. Going off the 1200 calorie diet tomorrow to enjoy a "nicer" dinner with my sweetie *s*. I have allowed myself two days Valentine's day and the day I turn 40 April 30th to enjoy myself. Not go crazy just enjoy myself....
