I had a fill yesterday so the food thing is a bit screwey since I have to do liquids for 2 days now...yuck
b - coffee
l - G2 the low calorie gatorade
s - home made bean soup pureed
d - pureed clam chowder
s - 1/4 cup of low fat ricotta - not a liquid but I was seriosly starving. I had to eat or someone was gonna get hurt

workout
45 minutes exercise bike
tricep and bicep workout with dumbells and machines
75 lying leg raises - great for the lower abs - you top men out there should do these trust me
20 minutes exercise bike

Glad at the moment that I got the non-adjustable model. Seriously tired of liquid food! (although you might not tell by the below menu) Enjoy your extra recovery days - You deserve them you buff man you!

if my surgeon ever starts doing the VSG i think I would love to switch to that. sometimes having to have adjustments sucks. i do however love my band. I too am seriously SICK of liquids nean, and it's been less than 24 hours..lol. I saw your post about rugby. I LOVE watching rugby. it's HOT, and men are amazing. i'm sure the women are too if you like that sort of thing..lol. sorry. I saw a documentary on LOGO a couple of weeks ago about gay rugby..WOW. not sure I could play but I love to watch.
Did well yesterday. Lost another 4/10 of a pound yesterday for a total this week of 1.2 pounds. Now that I'm down to my last 10 pounds, every 10th counts big for me.

l - veggie pattie with 1 slice provolone cheese melted on top.
d - insides of a carne asada taco (1), a few hard tortilla chips
Only got about 50% of my fluids.
All my vitamins.
Struggling a bit today. Will see what the report says by tomorrow morning. :)

b - 5 strips of veggie bacon and a cup of kashi (ran out of oatmeal)
l - cottage cheese with bacon bits and turkey pepperoni and 5 triscuits
d - ricotta cheese with a veggie chicken patty, pizza sauce, parmesan cheese and mozarella cheese all baked in the oven.
