OK, that was totally cool, you are a natural!   But it's 2am and now I am hungry lol, even though I don't eat chicken or stuffing, it still sounded good :)

Thanks buddy!   I am wide awake for no reason here too.... ughhh.

I think if it was tweaked a little... cut the chicken into smaller bites and used half as much stuffing...maybe like half the box?  it would/could be lapband friendly?   Maybe?

I have a friend that has had lapband, and he totally eats stuff like that...  but he also ate this huge pastry the last time I saw him, so I wouldnt trust his judgement one bit...


and yes I am still way too awake here grrrrr

I know someone who eats whatever she wants. Lap band controls portions not what you eat like RNY does.

First... You are Hawt!!!!  It's really fun seeing you moving around rather than just a still shot photo! And you have a wonderful voice!

Second... Great demo. You are really good at that. I've done cooking demos live. Don't know how I'd come out on video but I always have had a good time doing them.

Third... I totally WANT your kitchen. OMG... it's gorgeous. ... the things I could do in there!
