ROTTEN? Your food looks pretty good. Was it just a bad day or because you missed your workout? *big hugs for a better day today*

excellent job on getting the workout in Barb. I think you will find that adding the protein supplements will help.

d- 2 cheeseburgers (home made not fast food) no bread and 3/4 cup of baked beans. was hungry within an hour...a pattern lately thus the fill today

s - 1/2 cup total ceral

workout:
65 minutes eliptical
180 oblique crunches
180 ab bench crunches

Dang... I want to grow up to be like you in the gym!

I actually was thing of you this morning on the eliptical doing my little 5 minutes, thinking no way could I ever do an hour. I admire the hell out of you!

that is very kind of you sweetie.  I love the eliptical for some reason. i think it's a form of self torture...when I had a traner and he pushed me hard..it used to make me smile..which made him push harder which made me .....well you get the picture.  anywho...i loves me some cardio.  i find it so theraputic. i have to say I admire you.  reading your posts you are so articulate and so together. it is I who want to be more like you my dear.

I love how we can support each other. I love how we can look at most any other person on this board and have something to admire, aspire to and learn from.

I think I just need to learn to love the torture more. Perhaps I will if I can just keep at it. I just keep saying to myself, "I can do anything for one more minute, 30 more seconds, 10 more seconds...".  I do have the hot trainer who smiles at me, though. Can't beat that!

a hot trainer sure does help..lol

i just keep saying to myself...ok that's five minutes, just make it through the next 4 and a half and see if you can do more. keep doing that over and over. i set 5 minute min-goals for the cardio, and keep plugging away.  cardio does so much good for you mentally as well as physically.  keep it up Lady. you are doing amazingly well and have that hot trainer keep pushing you through more and more cardio. big hugs.
