b - 3 oz smoked salmon on a slice of grain bread
l - 3oz steak with light mayo on light bread
post workout snack - pure protein bar
s - greek yogurt
d - scallops with garlic and olive oil over whole wheat pasta
s - pepper jack cheese and a few crackers
about 120oz of fluid not including the 1/2 pot of coffee I drank
workout:
65 minutes eliptical
90 oblique crunches on each side (180total)
180 crunches
30 minutes exercise bike.
l - 3oz steak with light mayo on light bread

I was on the run all weekend, not one meal at home. I am determined to kick it off this week tho. Gym workout, and eating better. I cant handle this scale not moving! I have been stuck for a week!

I was on the run all weekend, not one meal at home. I am determined to kick it off this week tho. Gym workout, and eating better. I cant handle this scale not moving! I have been stuck for a week!

L - grilled shrimp and steamed zuchinni

S - slice gouda cheese and 4 olives
LNS - mocha latte protein shake
180 oz of liquids, all my vitamins
workout - skipped the gym, but hiked about 11 miles yesterday morning and did 170 crunches last night

I did well yesterday but failed to write any of it down. From what I remember, I just did my eggbites for breakfast both days and the usual for lunch. However, Saturday night we were out to dinner with friends to a Japanese place that cooks at the table. It was all very high energy and everyone was having drinks. I did take a tiny sip of Z's drink (no-no) but as everyone was eating large mounds of food with rice, I ordered a scallops appetizer. It was wonderful. Just scallops and some sauteed zuchinni which I had a couple of bites of after the scallops.
Yesterday, I had a friend come over for our monthly stitch and ***** and I cooked lunch for us, all my eggface recipes. She loved them all. We had turkey slaw, fish casserole and pear/pecan soufflet for dessert (I only had a couple of bites of the dessert, a 2" square of the casserole and two small bites of the slaw). Twas wonderful.
I lost two pounds this weekend.
I did a lot of walking about but no gym on weekends.
I was not great on my water but got all my vits.

Hey Barb - I know we are never to admit that we don't tow the line with exactly what the surgeon gods tell us to do. But I don't see how you can keep up your muscle mass without taking about 100grams of protein a day. And that is impossible without supplements at this point. I saw you posting about feeling weak & flabby. Maybe you could experiment with a week of high protein and just see how you feel??
