confessional!!!!! you know you wanna tell me!
ok yesterday was an "ok" day. I still didn't eat enough
b (which ended up being lunch)- cottage cheese with bacon bits and a few whole grain wheat thins
l (which ended up being dinner)- protein shake
d (which ended up being really late!!!!) - two veggie chicken patties with melted fat free cheddar cheese on top
workout - yesterday was pretty much an aerobic day so i did 40 minutes on the treadmill for a loss of 300 calories.........i was almost at a run but i was afraid I'd fall because of all this extra skin knocking me around so I walked as fast as I could LOL

l - for the life of me I can't remember
mid workout snack - pure protein bar
post workout shake
d - 3 oz pork loin and a few green beans..
then splurged and had a serving of chips...
workout: 50 minutes on the eliptical...worked out at a level twice that of what I usually do..it was freaking hard but I made it through.
i was wiped out from the eliptical so only did 15 minutes on the bike.
