Probably cross posting with Aaron as we speak, but gotta get goin' for the day

Ate too much yesterday. It is taking me a long time to learn I'm part of the human race - fully adapted to take over the planet. What I mean is - LIKE I'LL EVAPORATE IF I DON'T EAT EVERY FEW HOURS!!!!! (insert smack head duh emoticon here). I even thrived for a while on a meal plan where I only ate every other day. So I spent most of yesterday with a packed pouch and left over gassious bloat (from poop maker chocolate the day before).   
    at myself. What I ate was fine, how much I ate and how long I munched at each 'meal' was another learning experience. And, because I'm in a I hate water phase and I was afraid of real pain if I added water over my food, my fluid intake sucked.

B/S - huge protein shake - added an extra scoop accidently so sipped on it for about 2 hours
L - split pea soup 10oz, 3 bean salad 7oz, soy nuts 1/4 cup
S - seattle chocolate truffles 2
D - cottage cheese & marinara 3/4-1 cup total.

calories 830, carbs 88 (-? fiber), fat 17, protein 97, fluids maybe 50oz
workout - rest day.

Wasn't feeling too great yesterday and had been up all night, so I kind of slept a lot!  So, my food intake isnt average for me, and I didnt have set meals...  but I did keep track, and this is what I had yesterday

morning - kashi golean w/ skim milk
                   mocha latte muscle milk

afternoon   slice of gouda
                    root beer protein

evening     turkey meatball, ricotta, lo carb marinara, mozz cheese
                   root beer protein


Got most of my protein in, about 75 oz of liquids, and all my vits
no workout, but made up for it this morning LOL

b - 1/2 C greek yogurt with cheerios mixed in

s - a banana and a protein shake

l - 5 small meatballs and 2 oz of chicken

s - banana

mid workout snack - pure protein bar

post workout protein shake

d - lasagna

s - a few whole grain crackers

workout:
50 minutes eliptical
bicep, tricep and forearm workout
30 minutes bike

WOW!  50 minutes on the eliptical?   That's awesome, I am lucky if I can do 30 minutes on it lol, that machine and I have issues.

hey tyger. yeah I try to do 50 minutes on it 4-5 times a week. i don't always like it and most of the time I have to push myself hard to make it through. it's worth it. took me a while to build up to that. i just added 5 minutes to my time each week.   30 minutes is great!!! way to go. keep it up.

I did better yesterday until I forgot to eat dinner, went to my support group meeting and didn't get home till almost 9 p.m. So I ate the proper amount but ate it entirely too fast (was really hungry) and had pain after (bowlingball in the chest) for about an hour.

b - 3 egg bites and 2 Tb blueberries.
l - protein souffle
d - 1/4 cup turkey slaw, 2 banana bites, some (about five bites) SF (poop) chocolate

Got about 75% of my water, all my vitamins.
Great gym workout number two.

What is a SF poop chocolate??
I have found a new way of life that has kept me at Goal since 2008.. And keeping it that way!

ROTFL - it's surgar free chocolate. The sugar alcohols in SF foods tends to make some people have mild diarrhea so since Benefiber isn't working for me, I'm doing colace and a little sugar alcohol and the SF chocolate tastes okay. I just have to be careful because it does taste okay and still has fat and calories. But if it help me "otherwise", it will be worth it.

It sometimes works for me and sometimes it doesn't.. I thought it was SF ex lax..
I have found a new way of life that has kept me at Goal since 2008.. And keeping it that way!

S- 3 Cheese sticks

L- Turkey/Cheese Wrap

D -  5 Slices Low Fat Deli Chicken, 3 Cheese sticks, SF Tapioca Pudding
