Well, at least we ruled something out.
I went to the ENT doctor today. After talking to him and doing all kinds of funky little tests he came to the conclusion that there is nothing he can do for me since he is 99% sure it is NOT inner ear related. He does however think it is heart related. He said he would talk to my PCP and see what he thinks about me seeing a cardiologist and possibly wearing a heart monitor for a few days. I am going to contact my neurologist since I realized today that I started all these dizzy spells AFTER I passed out the second time and hit my head.
I shall now be know as Hagatha: Queen of the queens.

Aren't those some of the strangest tests LOL. Sorry they didn't have an answer for you, but sounds like they took you very seriously and referred you on to the next step. Heart monitor sounds like a viable plan.
