i enjoy the workouts. i don't always want to go but once I get going I love it.
would love to workout with you sometime.  it would be more fun to work up a sweat with a buddy. i have learned a lot by observing other guys in the gym, yeah observing not stalking.  i also had a trainer for a while that gave me a good base of knowledge to build on. i am still learning and trying new things to see what works. improvments in stamina during cardio and increases in the amount I can lift really keep me motivated, and also seeing changes in my muscles..like seeing I actually have them. my other motivation is watching other guys workout...oh man that does wonders for me..i am such a perv.

oh I can imagine!!!!  my gym in my development is ok for cardio but is very lacking on the strength training.  there's no free weights and there's only two machines that will do upper body.....the rest are dedicated to the legs and I'm afraid I don't need anymore done on my legs LOL

Paul, I see a road trip in our future going down to Aaron's and helping him pack up for his move in May.
