I was actually proud of myself yesterday, I ate good and had a great workout.
B: Cottage cheese with some blueberries
S: Soy nuts mixed with some slivered almonds
L: Ham and collard greens
S: Soy nuts and slivered almonds
Before working out I had a PURE PROTEIN bar in the parking lot.
WORKOUT: 1 hour spin class, worked out on 9 nautilus machines, then ran for 20 minutes on the treadmill.
I then hit the pool and did water jogging forward and backward, 4 laps of each.
I got home around 10 and had for dinner:
5 or 6 shrimp, small piece of ham, about 30 minutes later I had a few almonds and then about 1/2 a peach.
Then about 20 minutes later the nausea hit and I threw up for the next hour, until after midnight. I think it was the nuts and peach were not a good combination. Now today I had some cottage cheese for breakfast and am now nauseous and getting dizzy. I just talked to Aaron and he thinks I'm dehydrated, so I'm having some peppermint tea while at my desk.

that's awsome Rich. what a great workout and great food intake except for the peach and almonds that caused the problem. I find a good workout does wonders for my mood and outlook.
keep drinking/sipping that liquid. it is important to stay hydrated. get in as much as you can. extra even since you probably lost alot with such a good workout yesterday. dehydration is a dangerous business.

Rich,I'm glad you're eating again and yes get more fluids in. i get in over 100 ounces of fluids a day. I want you to match me or come darn close. You're out further than I am and you should be able to do this. FORCE yourself to drink!
I get about 60 ounces on a good day.
Right now it's 2:45 and I'm at 34 ounces.
