Super Bowl Commercials (Off Topic)

OK... The Super Bowl was just all around great. Jennifer Hudson, Faith Hill, Bruce Springsteen, the game and the commercials. I though there were some cool commercials. I am sure it's been the talk of your workplace. What a was your favorite commercial?

Mine -- My sick sense of humor LOVED the Cheetos one where the lady is sitting at the sidewalk cafe and she is listening to an annoying lady on her cell phone at a table to her back. She spots dozens of pigeons on the ledge above and throws a handful of Cheetos under the lady's chair. It was just like Hitch****'s The Birds.  Gotta go find it on YouTube.

I have to admit.....I didn'****ch the super bowl LOL  I ended up doing a lord of the rings marathon yesterday

One of the best Super Bowls in recent memory. Hawt game!!!

I normally LOVE the commercials but we were at a bar (hot lesbian bar) here in Oakland and there was a lot of background noise during the commercials and I didn't catch most of them. I did love the Budweiser horse who fell for the circus horse but then I have a penchant for the Clydesdales! I'm going to go find the rest of them online and watch them and then let you know. Thanks for the reminder.

Which hot lesbian bar in Oakland?? Niki and I were just talking about the need for more in the city (we need more options than the Lex and the traveling girl bars like hot pants!)

Okay, my favorite for funniest is between the bad job commercial with the koala and guy in speedos and the one where the guy gets tossed out the window. Yeah, I'm sick.

But the most imaginative was the one where the insects steal the coke. That one was magical. Made me smile.

You triggered my memory (I know, so very short term). Another Monster.com one that rocked was the the one where soft symphonid music played as the camera panned thru the wood paneled executive office with the moose head on the wall. As it goes through the the wall, there is a guy sitting under the back end of the moose with his calculator and antiquated equipment in a poorly furnished, no frills office.  LOL.  There is actually some truth to that one!

I thought the game was really fantastic. Probably one of the best super bowl's in years. This one actually was a GAME and not a train wreck.

However I was NOT impressed with the commercials. I agree that th koala one was the best. It is the only one that made me laugh out loud.

I loved the Budwiser ones cause of the awwwwww factor of them. My personal favorite was the trailor for the new Fast and the Furious! I thought the hubby was gonna have to hose me down cause I love Vin. He is on my I get to do him for free list.
